This is a Central Otago Tree Croppers Workshop.Tutor and Location Ben Elms property Hawea Flat. Contact for more details. Come along and become a member or its $50. Graft 2 apple trees to take away with you. Great selection of apple varieties to graft. Possibly a few Prunus rootstocks available as well Bud grafting.

2 Workshops on offer here. First up is the Winter gardening workshop. We talk about Creating microclimates, when to plant, what to plant plus lots of other juicy gardening information.
Next up we have Home Composting workshop. We will cover Cold composting, Bokashi Buckets and Worm farms.
